To the likes of many, MMA action returns to regular television on Saturday night as UFC on Fox 3 takes place at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, NJ.

Just like the first two, UFC on Fox 3 should be very entertaining.  The headline event features Nate Diaz taking on Jim Miller with three other fights on the main card.

The Diaz (15-7-0) and Miller (21-3-0) bout will probably decide which one is ready for a shot at the lightweight title.  Miller is riding a seven fight win streak heading into Saturday night but Diaz has also looked very impressive in his past two.  Miller has been tagged the betting favorite at Bovada Sportsbook with a moneyline set at -230 while Diaz is at +180.

Josh Koschek and Johny Hendricks will face off in the co-main event of UFC on Fox 3. Hendricks (12-1-0) will enter the fight as the betting favorite with a moneyline set at -140.  This is probably expected after his dismantling of Jon Fitch back in December.  Kosckek (19-5-0) enters the fight with a moneyline set at -140.

Rousimar Palhares (23-3-0) and Alan Belcher (16-5-0) also will square off.  This is an important fight for both as the winner will move farther up the middleweight ladder.  Palhares enters the fight with a moneyline set at -265 as the betting favorite in this fight.  Belcher will have his line set at +205.

The final main card fight features two heavyweights who will undoubtedly put on an unbelievable show as Pat Barry (7-4-0) takes on Lavar Johnson (16-5).  The shorter and stockier Barry has been labeled the betting favorite in this one with a moneyline set at -190.  Johnson has his line set at +155.

In addition to these fights, be sure to visit Bovada Sportsbook for the other available lines for the remainder of the bouts in their UFC on FOX 3 Betting Odds.

Coverage begins at 8:00 pm ET and can be seen live on FOX.
